Carlton Reeve is Creative Director at DESQ, responsible for learning design and development, straddling business development and production.
Carlton's career spans academia, lecturing on the ground-breaking EIMC digital media course at the University of Bradford and media, leading the BBC’s Interactive Media Group at the OU before becoming a commissioning editor for BBC Learning. Whilst at the BBC, he was responsible for multimillion-pound projects in maths, science and technology at Key Stage 3 and 4 that combined drama, gameplay and interactive tools to meet clear learning objectives.
Prior to join DESQ, Carlton was Executive Producer at Illumina Digital where he led projects including the National Museums Online Learning Project, LSIS Diploma Support, Exchanging Employers and the RTS award-winning iScience programme for the BBC.
Over the years he has worked on projects with the British Council, BSA, DfID, Open University, NCSL, Teachers TV and Channel 4.
Outside of work Carlton is a keen photographer (still relishing the black and white film of his trusty Nikon) and an enthusiastic skydiver with over 100 jumps under his belt.
