Tracy, co-director of DESQ, has 15 years experience in the multimedia, arts and IT sectors. Prior to joining DESQ, Tracy worked for SDL International, one of the world's leading localisation companies, with clients including Sony, Microsoft, Oracle, Macromedia and Disney. Over seven years with SDL, her roles included Project Manager, AV Production Manager and prior to leaving, Projects Director, part of the Senior Management team that took SDL to flotation in 1999.
Tracy brings her wide range of management skills and experience to DESQ, overseeing the financial and legal aspects and strategic development of the company. She also puts up with David Squire at home. A truly amazing woman.
